Terms and Conditions for the Red Bull October Lunch Activation

To participate in this campaign, you need to:

  1. place an order with a minimum order value of CHF 10.- on Just Eat’s website or in the mobile app between 11am and 3pm during the period set out in section 2; and
  2. opt-in to receive discounts, loyalty offers and other updates by ticking the designated box on the check-out page of your order.

Once (and if) the order is successful and completed, the participant will then receive within 24 hours an email containing a CHF10.- voucher for their next lunch order. (In order to be considered a “lunch order”, an order must be placed between 11am and 3pm.) Please note that the confirmation email with the voucher might end up in the spam folder.

The campaign will run from 12 October 2022 until 20 November 2022.

The campaign is open to individual residents of Switzerland aged 18 or over (eligible individuals will have received an email), except employees of Takeaway.com Group BV, their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with the competition.

Just Eat retains the right to block the issuance of vouchers in case of fraud or misuse.

Just Eat reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time without prior written notice and/or to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

The participants will be responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the voucher, in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Vouchers are limited to one per participant, can only be used for an order with a minimum order value of CHF 10.- via Just Eat, and are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable, redeemable, or transferable for cash under any circumstances.

Just Eat’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

Neither Just Eat nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies are responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their control where this campaign is concerned, such as (but not limited to) the acts or defaults of any supplier or restaurants. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall in any way limit Just Eat’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not be limited as a matter of law.

These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim (including a non-contractual dispute or claim) arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
