When you delete your account, we can’t restore it, so you’ll lose any saved addresses and perks.

How to delete your account

To delete your account, please send an email to info@just-eat.ch using the email address connected to your account. We'll delete your account from our database and let you know when it’s done.

Navigate to the side bar menu.
Ensure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.
Select ‘View personal information’.
Select the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select ‘Delete account’ and follow the instructions.

Why do I have to enter a code when I sign in?

We want to ensure that your data is safe with us and that nobody will take advantage of your account. To do this, we have a two-step verification in place.

Whenever you sign in, we'll send a verification code to your email address. Once you type in the code in the pop-up window, you're all set!
