How do I delete my account?

Send an email to info@Just Eat from the email address on your account with ‘Delete my account’ in the subject line. We will notify you by email when we have removed your account from the Just Eat database. Please note that we cannot restore deleted accounts. Deleting your account will also invalidate any discounts, vouchers and promotions you qualified for while using the account.

Why am I sometimes asked to enter a verification code when using Just Eat?
Your data and security are important to us. To keep your account secure, we sometimes need to verify that it's really you logging in.
To do this, we ask you to enter a verification code that we send to your email. Don't worry – this doesn't mean your account or password has been compromised.

Why have I received an email with a verification code that I haven't requested?
If you haven't tried to log in to Just Eat or we haven't asked you to enter a code, it's best to change your password as soon as possible.

I haven't received the verification code yet
We'll send the code to the email address associated with your account. If you're having trouble:
- Wait a few minutes for the email to come through
- Check the email address that we've sent it to
- Check your spam folder

I can't access the email address the code was sent to
We can only send the code to the email address associated with your account. If you cannot access this address, you can create a new account with an address you can access.
You can also try logging in another way – for example logging in with your Facebook account or Apple ID.

The verification code I received is not working
If you're having trouble:
- Double-check the code you've entered
- If you've received multiple codes, use the newest one
- Check if your code has expired: after 30 minutes, you need to request a new one

Can I only receive the verification code via email?
We can only send the code to the email address associated with your account. If you cannot access this address, you can create a new account with an address you can access.
